To make a purchase at Benjamin Doris, you must be over 18 years old. By ordering from Benjamin Doris, you accept the conditions (set out below) and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
When ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. If it takes more than 30 minutes for order confirmation (technical error), please contact us.
Uncollected packages or that we get back a package that has been sent to the wrong address, it is you who has to pay for the new shipping. For non-collected packages, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged.

In your email write your name, e-mail address, address, order number and which item you want to exchange and which item you want to exchange to. We will get back to your email address with more information and return address.
You are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the item until we have received and approved the item.
